Are you using latex condoms? Try switching to non-latex (or vice-versa).
Completely cut out ANY soap or bath products in your bath.
100% cotton underwear only. Go commando (knicker-less) when you can.
Try un-lubed condoms and/or change your lube brand.
Don't use ANY products anywhere near your vulva - including the exterior skin and bikini area - that you wouldn't happily eat/put in your mouth. This includes baby wipes, feminine wipes/spray etc.
Eat live/probiotic PLAIN/NATURAL yoghurt, also regularly insert some in/on the vulva/vagina.
Cut out sugar and yeast products.
Change your soap powder and fabric conditioner etc, and don't use febreze. You need something gentle for your undies, don't use anything that you wouldn't wash newborn baby clothes in.
Ban fingering and RO - the guy could be wearing aftershave or cream.
Good luck! I went through a few years back in my 20s where I was constantly suffering from thrush, and it took lots of trial and error to fix the problem. I rarely get it now, maybe once every 2 or 3 years? Can't even remember the last time I had it....anyway, hope this helps
