If I had been at home then I might have accepted this booking but in a hotel room with a incontinence problem bad enough to wear adult nappy pads he would be likely to just pee over the bed - a bed I wold need to sleep in that night. So I declined I think they only think of their needs not the practical side of the booking.

On the plus side, he's been upfront about it thankfully so at least you can decline, wasn't it you that had that horrendous 'pee' booking recently? That must have been awful. There are sps who are happy to service all kinds of out of the ordinary men, such as the man you describe NEmature but I will not do this, at least not accept a booking when I know this kind of thing is probable. I have let men into my place and not had a clue they were amputees or partially sighted, could hardly walk a few steps without having to stop and rest, struggled with 2 walking sticks  etc. until they turned up.

I got through those bookings ok but would have really appreciated being told beforehand of their conditions. Amputees no problem as I have admired those men who are living perfectly normal lives and marvel at how nothing daunts them at all. However if they had just mentioned it first when booking and before taking off the false leg and giving me a bit of a shock or removing their jacket to reveal only one arm etc.  I am not hard hearted but it is only fair we are aware before accepting a booking.

It is not our duty to service each and every man who wants to book us and I started this work for my own enjoyment as well as the rewards, I am not a carer or nurse. I think escorts who accept the disabled are great in what they do but I have had my fair share of awkward bookings with men who really should have been more considerate.

A few years ago I had a client who booked me every couple of months. His physical condition meant that he struggled to undress and if left to do it himself would have almost doubled the booking time, it was so slow. He was not prepared to pay for longer and after several occasions where his body was not fresh after the ordeal of undressing him I  had to say no more.  A shower was not an option as he could not step into the over bath cubicle. We all have different tolerances and areas of squeamishness, plus your workplace can make a lot of difference, too. I saw a man with a prosthetic leg, which didn't bother me at all as he'd told me upfront, but someone arrived who was born missing a forearm and it was a bit of a shock (though again, not a problem). The worst was an older bloke who I think had some sort of heart or lung condition as he had really raspy/wheezy breath and looked and sounded really unhealthy - I just kept thinking, 'Christ, don't die on me!'
