Maybe just reply "it's as discreet as you need it to be" but I have found the few occasions men have asked this they have not been the best or nicest clients. No idea why.  :)

I agree about the discreet askers not being the nicest clients and maybe they ask because they want to  know that if they kick off then there won’t be anyone around to help you!
