It really annoys me when they phone and say what price and where abouts are you. I get asked the second question all the time and that's fine but when they say I'll phone you back in 20 minutes and then phone back after 40 minutes and still expect to see me then that's not on. I am prepared to wait a set amount of time but when 10 minutes is up after expected time, I presume they've either had a better offer or have changed their mind. If they are running late for whatever reason and still want to see me then they should let me know!
