I have always known this referred to anal but have only once heard it from a client in ten years! 

My last booking was a nice man I have met half a dozen times but he always books 45mins and I have found in the past a struggle to keep to that time with him. Today was the last straw and I know it should be down to me and I did jokingly tell him to give me his s***k when time was running out but it was coming up to 60mins when he finally got there. 

I am determined not to let that happen again.

I would not use an alarm but don't want to give the impression I am like this a lot and with other men.  A few times I have stopped clients who just could not finish and they have gone home balls still bursting. I have not asked them if they want to extend time and they have not asked so to me it is saying they are the men who want more time for their money. No way.

With one or two regulars though I allow a bit of free overtime as there have been occasions when they have gone with time to spare so it is a bit of swings and roundabouts.
