Aha yes KBP, I can relate with Radox shower gel
I personally have a selection of 3 different shower gels in the shower so clients can choose and the Radox one is always the one that has been barely used when the other ones are almost empty.
I also always show clients how to turn on the shower before they jump in it and let them know not to pull the shower curtain too hard (I've already had someone breaking it by pulling it too hard) and I still get people who call me afterwards because they can't turn it on or try to turn it on so brutally that it would almost break the shower.
So yes some people are genuinely stupid but I would say most of them don't listen and like everything else, since it's not their place, they don't care about breaking/damaging stuff because at the end of the day, it's not them who is gonna pay for the repair cost afterwards
