I'm having a day off.. F**k it   At least I can do what I want instead of waiting for the phone to ring ,ready for action..
Just hoping I'll have a good day tomorrow..

The school holidays are coming to an end so hope work now picks up and as others mentioned first week payday it's  busier I think too.

Completely dead no bookings at all

I'm in London, too. Definitely picking up at last. Monday/Tuesday good, and pre-bookings for tomorrow looking decent. Maybe the summer drought is over.

Sonia, most likely nothing's wrong, it just happens. I just broke a weekly dry spell with an appointment with one of my regs, and I had one more inquiry but it seems the guy didn't see that I don't offer incalls. Sigh, lol.

This week I've been dead so far. I had a lot of enquiries and bookings last week though. This job is never very reliable for me which is why I have another full time job to make sure I can always pay my rent, bills, food & spending money without worrying

Last week was the run up to pay day so guys making enquiries around the board so that they knew where they wanted to go once they get paid.

The week after pay day was once a busy time but AFAIK it's not like that anymore. 

Right now, with AW playing up, it does seem a tiny bit slower.

Only for those that ONLY use AW.  The sensible ones who are on other directories too may not see a difference.

It is a good idea to use the quiet spells to get listed on other directories or build your  own website. Even one new directory a day makes a difference to where you are seen.
