I escort full time in London for 3 years now..I have always been more or less busy but I notice that lately I got far less requests than before...I know I m not new anymore and its a lot of concurence but globally do you get less business after staying in the same city for few years?
I got my regulars which is good, I advertise in a lot of websites and got my own website, I still make money but the demand is so much lower than before....do you guys feel the same?should I change of area/city?or it just the way it goes for everyone globally..when u re not new anymore then the number of clients dropped...
or maybe its just more quiet everywhere at the moment?
I would love to know your thoughts guys

Hi girls, if I may join in the discussion....I find that its all about how many clients per day you need. If you need one or two a day ( like me ) so you can pay the high rent and then still have some money for decent food and clothes and cosmetics, then it shouldn't be a problem if you are advertising on at least 2 busy websites, got decent feedback and market yourself well in terms of pricing, location and type of services.

The problem is, for example like my friend, she used to see 7-8 men a day for 200 back in 2006-2008, then recession arrived, new arrivals from EE and the number of bookings steadily dropped. Nowadays its nearly impossible to see anything over 3-4 men a day on a daily basis for 1hr+ bookings. They might come for 15 min and then you can rack up the numbers but it doesn't quite feel the same. I personally wouldn't be able to see 3-4 men a day every day, I would feel burned out rather fast. Some ladies are tougher cookies than me I guess.

My problem is you get a day ( usually Mondays ) when the phone rings nonstop and I can only see 2 or 3 gentlemen at most, so the rest gets turned down. Then no one calls for two days, absolutely dead, then again one call Thursday and then Friday 5 calls within one hour which get missed mostly due to me being busy with a client, sigh.

I work every day but not in the night or even late evening so I am a little limited, but then again I was told I avoid drunk people this way.

I'm like you Rose, I'm limited to how many clients I can see but my daily ideal would be 2-3 I only work office hours I don't do evenings or nights. I can usually see 1-2 a day and occasionally 3 but there have been days when I've seen nobody.
As long as earn a good "wage" from it I'm happy.
Escorting is swings and roundabouts one week I can feel so popular my phones ringing, the money's pouring and it all seems so easy then the next week all its time wasters, cancellations and lateness. I find it impossible to keep a steady income week to week so I work out my income by the month and it usually balances out.

you are right, Helen. I remember seven years ago you could have easily finished by 5pm and done 2-3 bookings by then, and the following day still have a queue of men waiting to see you. Nowadays, you get a week when there are numerous calls, website bookings, email enquiries, way too busy to handle. then the following week its dead.....you never know what is coming tomorrow but I still don't want to become desperate for bookings, such as seeing someone dodgy sounding only to pay my water bill....hard isn't it.

before I use to have a really steady weekly income but now its so different...one week really busy and the other quiet...it changes a lot lately and it makes things more difficult...always save money on a busy week cause the money might not come the week after..

You are all right, 10 years ago money grew on trees for hookers, I still can't complain about business though, as long as I see 3 a day I'm happy, I don't want or need to see more clients than that and being sensible with money over the years means I don't have to fuck countless men everyday anymore! I do weekdays only and always done by 6pm with a wad in my purse, everyone's ideas of busy are different I think x

If I have 2 long bookings, 1 hour or more, I only do those 2 if shorter bookings , half hour or hour then I'll do 3,
I usually do 3 to 4 hours a day 5 days a week, mainly 1 hour bookings, does that make sense! X

The SP scene has become saturated with thousands of WG's flooding the market. Every other profile on AW is Romanian/Hungarian or Czech. As I see it there is no way back to the good old days, instead of 100's of WG's clients now have the choice of 1000's and supply has well outstripped demand. I have seen the hourly rates in Birmingham tumble because WG's are competing with each other for clients. ?60 per hour is now not unusual.

I personally have never tried to compete with the EE invasion, I am content and busy as I'd like to be, I suppose if I were just starting out it would be a different story. I believe if you give a good service and look after yourself, looks, figure, general grooming etc then you will be successful and busy, keep on top of your marketing.

I have no desire or ever have to be well known or a "porn starlet" I know some girls do that's fine with me their choice. The work ethic of EE immigrants has affected all types of job not just ours. X

I challenge anyone who's been working for over 5+ years to honestly say their business hasn't taken a nosedive in the last 2-3 years. I'm not in direct competition either as I'm a mature escort I've pleased clients on and off for the past 30 years so there's very little anyone can tell me about the need to stay clean, well groomed and have a pleasant disposition in the face of adveristy, as for pleasing clients and giving them a good service thats a no brainer because if you can't do that you're in the wrong profession.

I am currently living & working in Birmingham full time as an escort and found that in the first week I made ?1000+ which was back in June. Now I am happy when I get 1/2 bookings a day. It seems I also get the same timewasters constantly phoning and texting me.

I am currently looking for a part time job just to give myself some financial security as it's not nice having to spend everyday in my flat waiting for the phone to ring. Luckily I can usually get some money from webcamming but even that is quiet some days.

Again it's all relative, I have always seen 3 to 4 clients a day and still could but choose not to, once I've reached my money target I go home, yes if you are happy to see more than that a day it would probably be more difficult over the past few years.

So no my income hasn't taken a nosedive x
