I think the Primark ones can't be beat, they outlast others by a country mile.
I need some more when I can get there, I have been wearing 1 Primark & 1 random 'deep lace' one for a few weeks now.

If anyone has ever noticed, they have never complained  ;D

I think I’m gonna have to take a trip around the country to see which branches are still stocking them, bloody annoying my one isn’t  :FF

Tesco stopped doing my favourite hold ups.  Now on the look out for some that don't fall down.

I managed to get a few pairs off ebay but there’s been no more recently. I begrudge wasting money on other ones to just bin them as they fall down straight away.

Prefer hold ups to stockings as the length on suspenders belts is always too long for me. I wear mine high. But finding a brand that doesn't roll down is hard.

There are some great opaque ones on Amazon by Romartex for £2.99. they are long so can be worn high and they also hold everything in and are flattering. They have loads of colours too, never snag and you can wash them and wash them.

Has anyone noticed a real decline in the quality of M & S ladder resist hold ups lately? I keep having to use clear nail polish on little tears after one or so wears  :-\ they used to be brilliant. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight too so it’s not that.
Clarabella I've noticed this too .. they charge £6 for them now. They were also a favourite of mine when I first started  out ..I find others roll down the legs which is annoying

Primark when you can get them in stock do great lace top stockings for suspenders at £2
M&as are still my favourite and I buy in bulk when I see them in stock

I have been using these for the past 5 years (if not longer) & never had any issue with them - They also come in a large choice of colours as well

I love the Primark hold ups but my local one has suddenly stopped selling them. I’ve got big thighs but the large ones (with the tri band) were perfect and stayed in place  not rolled down. Anyone else wear these and know of a good alternative?

Has anyone else noticed its getting harder and harder to find stockings in shops?  My local Primark (which is the big one on Tottenham Court Road) hasnt had any in the last couple of times I've been in there.

Very much so, however in the Primark site now you can check a lot of items to see if they are in stock, obviously you can’t be guaranteed they will still be there when you go. Sadly my favourite hold-ups don’t look they they will be in my local one ever again

I have yes. M&S never seem to have the black lace top stockings in store anymore so have to order online.
As someone else mentioned, the quality of them has deteriorated too, the colour tends to be very patchy now.

Thanks for recommendations on Romartex on Amazon!
Usually hate hold ups because they either slip down or roll down at the top.
Ordered a black & a navy pair. Wore in my wee mini photoshoot with different outfit changes and also in a meet and they didn’t move an inch! Loved them.

It’s primary stockings...hold ups for me...I buy them in bulk...hand wash them a couple of times, reuse then throw away.
