well didn't he think to just text me the message instead of making me load up my laptop which takes forever at the moment as i cant get rid of this really annoying powerspeed virus!

I had a horrible client a few days ago. He called up and sounded perfectly fine, but started asking questions about services on the way over. I politely informed him that I don't discuss services on the phone, and that he needed to read my profile. He was fine with that, and came over as planned. Upon entrance into my bedroom, he began picking at my bedsheets and pulled a single dog's hair off my duvet. He looked at me and said 'Not very clean is it?'  Then after the appointment, he said - 'Frankly, I think you're too expensive. You aren't nearly as good as I expected. You're average.'  I couldn't believe what I was hearing, and promptly burst out laughing, because I was in shock. The guy got up and stormed out, but...how rude, arrogant and bizarre???
