No need to worry, this single line could not affect a mouse.  It would have to be complete script shell or batch file.  Still I am interested why someone would send it to prossie email. Macro viruses are ugly, nasty shit; they can be embedded in a perfectly normal, innocent looking Word document sent from friend's email. Once you open it they run automatically. Because they depend on application, they can infect computer run by any operating system. Most modern antivirus programs are able to detect them; not always, though. If cleverly written, they can slip through.
