I find it hilarious when you tour an area you've toured before....out the TWs come out, forgetting they've contacted you before, some are blocked already, but often a mild cases of Timewaster tries again, BLOCK!
Not so amusing someone you've seen before asks to see you again, then sends a text like this:
(Blah blah about not being sure 'when' this afternoon, something to do with kids), then
I have X amount but half an hour isn't quite long enough so we we maybe do something for X?
He was offering me a small amount over my half hr fee expecting what? I'd say yeh you can have an hour for well under my hourly rate? Well he got nothing, no response, that often works better than saying anything in getting the message across.
