God I've just had another one.

Text me last week to arrange a booking for tomorrow, one hour social time and one hour private time. I told him my rates but said if it was partly social and partly public I'd work something out for him....I thought it was obvious I meant I wouldn't be charging him for 2 hours at my full rate.
