Whilst this is annoying it is worth knowing that the AW mobile version doesn't lead you though the details like the pc/laptop version does - it puts your summary, plus phone number onto the screen so it looks like a small classified ad and to read any details you have to then click on some really not obvious buttons.

So I can understand why there has been an increase in this type of enquiry. It can also be well worth having a sort of script to run through, name, age, location, services, prices takes 30 seconds and then he knows whether he wants to go further. It's also an opportunity to put across a professional no-nonsense front.

Yes - I realised this the other week when I looked at AW on my mobile. It's less informative than Vivastreet. Have a spiel, say the spiel and don't let it bug you.

If you didn't work to some sort of script back then you would have gone mad

I still use it now  and I can generally  convert a fair amount of general enquires into bookings by doing it this way

I can also say it in my sleep and u have to always check what. Iphone I'm picking up ( not my personal one ( so that I don't answer the wrong way )

It's more annoying the way they ask, not "hello can I have some details please" just "details please" as if I'm not a valid person that can have a normal conversation! I get it that they can't always see most of our info but for christs sake a little politeness goes a long way, x

I have this one guy that is seriously starting to piss me off, no matter how much I ignore him he continues to text asking for farking freebies.  The first time which was about a year ago, he told me his wife had just been diagnosed with cancer, i turned his request down and his request for a freebie to help him feel better, his words.

A few months later he booked me at my full rate and then progressed to tell me during the appointment, who he has been seeing and how much he paid him.  Yep felt like a slap in the face.

A month later another text asking for a freebie as his son had been in a serious car accident, I ignored him, after that every month I get a text from him asking for an appointment with some excuse looking for a freebie, today is no different.  Apparently this time he has hurt his ankle two weeks ago and has since been off, wanting a freebie and offering his services as a stunt cock in return as he has not been earning over the past two weeks.  I have been ignoring him and he has so far send me 7 text messages this morning.     I am hormonal on top so you can imagine the willpower it is taking me to bite my tongue.

Start texting him out of the blue telling him sob stories and asking him to send you money.
