This guy has be sending the same bullshit message for years, calling himself 'Jay' most of the time. He changes the amount though mostly 10 or 12k. When I first started I was stupid enough to actually think it might be legit. I don't know what he exactly wants out of it, just phone chat I think, that's what happened with me anyway. I never gave him any of my details thank god!
