Just had an hour with a guy who was really shy, barely spoke.. so awkward!

I've got a regular like that....was really awkward the first time and I thought perhaps it was me, but he comes once or twice a month but still never speaks.  He just lays there, not moving, not speaking, nada.  It is quite awkward but easy really.
