Last year this person made a booking with me, text to say he was on his way but never showed and went radio silent. A couple of months later he attempted to book in again and I reminded him that he had previously booked but didn't turn up. He made some excuse and seemed genuine so I booked him in and we had a good booking, was polite and friendly. Anyway he booked me again yesterday for 3pm, messed about with the times so I re arranged my other clients to fit him in, he was texting me right up till the appointment time saying he was on his way and he didn't turn up again. No text to cancel or anything. He really messed up my day
