Escorts Newcastle
« on: 16 June 2009, 09:06:34 am »
Just wanted to post a warning discouraging any ladies looking to join an agency in the Newcastle area from approaching this particular group of characters.

I recently spent 2 days being represented by them and there were a number of issues arising that gave me cause for concern.

They are ran by 2 males, their initial contact with me was very friendly, all 'Hun' and kisses at the end of texts etc.
For our initial meeting they wanted me to come to one of their incall flats rather than meeting in a neutral location. I wasn't very comfortable with this but agreed after letting a friend know where i would be. They also wanted to take photos there and then in the flat (i made sure i didn't take any outfits for a photoshoot so i would have an excuse not to do this)

They come across as very business like and professional. Really push the point that their agency is 'exclusive' and 'elite' and that they are the busiest agency in Newcastle. They also claimed that the ladies working for them earn on average between ?1000 and ?3000 a week! They offer incall from the quayside in some very nice apartments.
They also provide new ladies with an 'employment pack' which is basically a guideline as to how to be a 'good' escort and what the agency expects from you. There are some statements in this pack that made me very uncomfortable and i felt were highly inappropriate. One being that 'clients will often ask you to do things you have never done before, providing that this is safe you should try your best to accommodate their requests as this will make you a more popular escort'
The pack also mentions in several places about ladies being 'employees' of the agency. It also has a contract that you are expected to sign basically to the effect that you are employed by the agency. When i pointed out to them that i would not be their employee and that i was self-employed i was greeted with blank looks!

The agency also choose your working name for you,i was told i would have to change mine as it 'wasn't classy enough!!' They also put a  great deal of emphasis on wanting ladies to work late shifts (up until midnight and beyond) rather than working in the day which are the hours i usually work.

Anyway i agreed to joined the agency and signed contract for arguments sake (careful to give false last name and address though)
Also filled out a form as to what my preferences were and my dos and donts. I also told one of the owners verbally what my dos and donts were,he seemed a bit put out when i said that i did not offer Cim.

I then went back the next day to same flat for photoshoot which went fine.

I was told my profile would be up on line by the next day (Friday) i was also told that the agency would be in touch regarding when i would be starting for my first shift. However profile never appeared and i did not hear from agency so i text ed them and noticed a change in their communication style,it had turned very business like almost to the point of coldness. Profile then appeared at end of next day stating that i offered Cim and deep throat (neither of which i had said i offered) when i then text agency asking them to alter it i sensed they were a bit put out by my request and it took almost 48 hours and 2 futher text message requests before it was altered.

I then started my first 'shift' for agency, travelled through to Newcastle and when i got there asked if i should come straight down to the flats. In reply i received another very business like text saying no and that i was only to come to the flat when they text me to say i have a booking. It had not being explained to me clearly beforehand that agency do not offer any facilities for girls to wait in between bookings.
Therefore i spent an hour and a half sitting in a cafe until i received a text saying i had a booking. I walked down to flat and could not get in as did not have doorcode,i could not get a reply from agency via text and ended up having to ring them for doorcode. I went in,did booking and then received text saying i had to leave flat again which i did. I then spent the rest of my shift (4 hours) sitting on my own in a nearby bar as i received no more bookings. I also had no contact whatsoever from agency to check if i was okay etc.

The next day was almost an exact repeat of the previous, only 1 booking in a 7 hour shift and minimal communication from agency.

Therefore the next day i decided to ask one of the owners face to face what was going on. I asked why i had hardly received any bookings when i was new and should be popular? I was told i had to 'give it time', i then asked why they did not provide anywhere for the ladies to go between booking and was told 'where would i do my appointments if the flats were full of girls?'. I therefore informed him that this set up was not suitable for me and left.

So basically i would say that this agency whilst not exactally being a scam are certainly operating on the dodgier side of the spectrum. They show no regard or concern for the welfare of their girls and offer next to no help or support to you. I would also query their claim to be a very busy agency considering i only received 2 bookings in 2 days. I do strongly suspect however that this was done deliberately and that either i was not being promoted by them or bookings were being witheld from me.
I would strongly advise ladies to stay WELL clear of this agency.

They are a 'nationwide' agency and also operate under the names of Escorts Scotland, Escorts Nottingham and Cameron Morgan. I have since heard of unethical goings on at some of these other agencies and would warn ladies against getting involved with any of them.

Sorry for the length of this mail but i felt it was important to explain what happened in full.

Hello!

This sounds like an almost exact repeat of Collette's recent experience

I've never met an agent who used the word "hun" or similar or signed texts with kisses who wasn't a complete and utter arsehole.  I'm not being funny.  This would never be tolerated in any other workplace for obvious reasons, and the same should apply to escort agents.  Perhaps a statement about professional behaviour should be included in the "Scam Agencies" section of the site.

I have dealt with the Scotland branch of this corporate agency and am happy to back up everything that the original poster said.  They have got in trouble for placing fliers in local colleges and universities.  Most profiles on their website are fake, and they even wanted to put up a fake picture of me.

No im not a big fan of the kissy kissy style that some agents seem to employ in their text messages.

To be truthful though i have come across very few that dont,i can just about stomach it when its a female agent but when its a man,yuk >:(

I have also just discovered (which i was totally unaware of) that the same agency are currently under police investigation for having a 14 year old girl on their books!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which i think says it all and then some.

Would that be this one?

I think we can get so hung up on the scam sites we can forget that even the 'real' agencies are not always what they might be. Maybe we should have 'Best/Worst Places to work, like the Times list :D - thank God you're well out of it at least.

Yes Amy i believe that is the same agency,a truly shocking and utterly distasteful state of affairs which to me proves just how morally bankrupt some of these people are (no matter how much they might claim they thought the girl was 18)

A list of good and bad agencies would actually be a good thing i think. It can be so difficult to find a decent agency, especially for those who are new to the work and have nobody to turn to for advice.

I personally know of at least 3 agencies up here in Newcastle where you haven't got a hope of earning any decent money until you've slept with the agency owner :o and i think these people should be exposed for the scumbags that they are. In one case it is a female ran agency which you would think would save you from such distasteful behaviour but nope, the agent is married and you are expected to be given a 'trial run' by her husband!

Sorry to hear about your experience I promise that we are not all bad  its no wonder Escort Agencies have a bad name though with idiots like this

This Industry is a business and people need to run their agencies like one and not like money making schemes.
