I rarely take quickie appointments and I don't know why I took this one. He was an Indian guy who smelled terrible. During the meeting I declined his request for the OWO extra. He was generally unpleasant but wasn't initially aggressive until he was leaving. He tried to give me a ?50 note asking for ?40 change, claiming he wanted to give me a tip. I saw through that and asked him to leave and he wouldn't. I had to call my man from another room. This didn't stop him and he tried to tough it out, eventually demanding a ?20 refund. He made a lot of threats about calling his friends, telling the neighbours etc. I'm pretty sure it was bravado as he backed when it was pointed out that we had his telephone number and that we were prepared to call the police. He eventually left without the refund.
