A client booked in the Essex region. He was Asian ( possibly Indian or Pakistani), slim, around mid 20s, with  a Northern accent. He had a long beard. Very awkward booking and acted like he didn’t want to be there.
Booked an hour but finished in 30 minutes, apologised saying he had to leave and would reschedule. I said, you are welcome to book again.
He then texted demanding money back and I saw some missed calls.
I responded that it was his decision to leave early. He then sent some abusive texts. I then blocked his number. His number was 078589085**
He called himself Hassy.
