I'm moving out of my flat but want to keep it for working from so was looking for someone else to live here. There are two bedrooms and a big lounge.

Idealy you'd be ok living in the smaller room (double bed) and we could both work from the larger one (king size bed). It's top floor, although apart from the odd joke about being exhausted from the stairs nobody seems to mind. Fantastic, very  shower and a huge bath.

You'll have the place to yourself the majority of the time, I'd prefer to do it so we see who has sonething when rather than set hours but we can work that out.

Rent is ?1050 pcm, including bills, with a deposit of the same amount, although I'm open to initially only taking a partial deposit and you can pay it up to me. Bargain price for the space and area!

Looking for someone as soon as possible, to move in preferably before 5th March.

It is furnished, but you can put your own stamp on it if you wish as I can get rid of any of the living room furniture apart from the sofas. Very nice working room (although missing a little something at the moment since I've moved my dressing table to my new place).
