I am posting this for a friend who is renting out their spare room.
Mill Hill is a lovely part of Barnet with huge houses and lots of wealthy men. The apartment is on a residential street just of a mansion lined street, it has a green out front for sun bathing or if your taking your dog somewhere to let them out for a wee wee.
Within walking distance is a park with a pond for when you fancy a hour off to un-wind and relax. There is a garage, pharmacy, corner shop, takeaways 5 min walk away. The main shops and Mill Hill Broadway are 1.1 miles away so about a 15/20 walk, where there is a marks and spencers, banks, charity shops, clothes shops, lots of takeaways.. its a high street with everything you expect on it.
The apartment itself, has a front room with all your'd expect and a kitchen with all you need in there plus your own cupboard for food and what have you. Your bedroom has a lock on the door so when you go out you can lock everything up, there is a brand new bed in there brought 2/7/13 I know I was there when it was delivered lol lots of wardrobe space and draws plus en-suite shower room with toilet. You are expected to keep your room tidy and on leaving remove bedsheets and clean your bathroom, it will of course be clean on your arrival.
