Obviously it's up to any landlord (or illegal subletter?) to charge what they think fit, and supply vs. demand sets prices etc, but it just seems a bit unfair to "share" with a fellow sex worker by making them pay for everything. Either be a proper 'landlord' and take lots of rent while leaving the tenant alone, or don't charge much and take partial payment in services - pick one or the other and be up-front about it so the choice can be made by anyone who might be interested in either offer.
(I notice the first post in this thread also asks for potential flatmates to send photos of themselves, which obviously
any legit landlord/subletter would need to see lest they end up living with someone they didn't want to sexually harass.
