Hi everyone. In mid february Ill be going on an extended holiday for 6 weeks. While im gone I am looking  to see if anyone is interested in using my Zone 1 Aldgate East (5 mins from station) flat as an incall location.
I live at the location with my boyfriend , he works 6 days a week and very long hours so the flat sits empty from 8am till 10 pm monday - Saturday .

Wev'e never done this before so we are ideally looking for one or two girls that are interested in doing some kind of weekly let. Id like to meet you first of course over coffee or something and once we get on well it should be fine. once we are comfortable with each other and your willing to make a downpayment  Ill hand you a copy of my keys and you can come and go as you please until I get back.

Id prefer to rent to an english speaking  ( for ease of communication) and please no heavy smokers . (would prefer a non smoker honestly). Im looking for someone who is discreete  and is respectful of my neighbors. Also not looking for someone who sees 10 clients a day I'd like to have an apartment to come back to

the rate is 225 a week. Unfortunately I can only do this by the week as thats so much simpler than doing day to day transactions for me. . Ive noticed that most people charge 40 per hour so i think my weekly rate is very very reasonable.
