Well, I originally advertised the same sublet end of November but took it off the market within a day as a floozy friend temporarily needed somewhere to flout her wares.  She does now have her own place back to charm gents so the place is available again as of right now/February.  By the way, in case anyone worries about the somewhat suspicious turnover of subletters, I can assure you there is no new patio outside my bedroom....   

I am in college all day and evening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so do not use the space on those days at all hence I am looking to sublet one or two of those days.  The space is a very generous sized studio flat just two minutes from Notting Hill Gate tube station in one of London?s most beautiful areas set discreetly in a gorgeous villa.  The flat has been recently renovated with a real wow factor and is laid out perfectly for our ?trade? with a separate cosy stylish reception area with modern designer chairs and discreetly hidden kitchenette so you can cook while there.  The bedroom is a great generous size and wonderful atmosphere with a sumptuous velvet padded wall behind the bed and silver Moroccan lanterns either side.  There is a cute and very handy wash basin reminiscent of Parisian frou frou boudoirs and an adjacent compact clean shower room.     
     
The place is perfect for ?entertaining? and clients feel safe and comfortable there.     

I am looking for someone with a mature outlook who is reliable and hopefully interested in a more long-term arrangement.  In turn, I am offering a good and very reasonable deal at ?300 per calendar month for one day per week sublet or ?500 per month if both days are taken together.  The right lady will need to pay the rent one month in advance.
