Well let's see; you find the forum in the first place (gold star), locate the advertising section (helpfully called Seeking/Offering) and then read the advertising rules which are Sticked at the top of said section and equally helpfully called 'How To Get The Best From This Section and RULES For Advertisers'. None of this requires a Nobel prize-winning level of intellect, really.

Then you post an advertising thread according to the rules which states what you are offering our members, how much it costs and how people can get in touch with you to get it. Again, not especially challenging.
