Alex charilaou at ever photography is fantastic so is studio saint Germain and my friend uses Alan Thomas who she reccomends.

Definately recommend alan thomas. Used myself a few times. My friend used him,she has massive tattoos on bum,back, thigh etc and he done a great job airbrusing them out.
