Client booked in for 12pm. Didn't hear anything so booking got cancelled. Called at 12:30 wanting to be seen but I had nipped out so didn't see the calls. Then he texts me saying he's reporting me to AW and on punting forums to 'warn people' about me.

I think I got lucky not seeing him if this is how he reacts.
