Advance booking by txt . confirms on day so all good.
5 mins before appointed meet time i get a txt saying traffic is bad he will txt when here , when i ask how long he will be as i have a booking 30 mins after him i get " a good 10 mins away " so i reply with ok should be fine we can always do 15 mins less if needed with some money off, to which he replies, sorry the traffic jam has put me in a bad mood im cancelling

i told him what i thought of him after that, ( booked 2 hours )
