I'm a mature escort advertising outcalls in London
My experiences with different platforms -not necessarily true for you

Directories that are more 'high end' prices

London Escort Guide I tried the independents section advertising for 2 months. Very expensive for what it is - and not effective.

Cherry Girls some super, multiple-hour bookings then dead as a dodo. Maybe my rates are too low for that directory. The girls advertising there are elite £250 or more an hour. I think ‘courtesan’ type marketing.

City of Love -its good for me. I got 3 multiple-hour bookings a month from American, Asian or Arabic clients. These are not local clients but international clients on business trips/summer vacation.

Eros London - I used to advertise here because it attracted polite International clients. The bookings were enjoyable and easy. But it has slowed down a lot in recent years for London and they require ID. Again, courtesan type marketing like Cherry Girls.

Directories that advertise low -to- mid price ranges

VivaStreet I upgraded to the expensive premium featured ad -lots of TW but if you do incalls and priced at £80-£100, you will do well on there. I heard some girls advertise solely on VivaStreet and they are very busy. People generally want cheap and quickies on VivaStreet.

AdultSeek - terrible. Not worth the time listing for me.
EscortPromo - bad, not enough traffic
UEscort -They have high visibility for London Escorts. Some London girls were busy on this site because they did incalls and had lower prices. I had a terrible experience offering outcalls - only 0.2% of leads converted to bookings for me.

Ace Massage -not too bad. I get 2 local client bookings on there in a month and they are repeat clientele.
UK Skodda -shockingly bad. 0 bookings.
Kommons London - 1 booking a month ballpark figure with the free package. Enquiries and bookings increased when I upgraded the advertising.
FridayAd - 1 booking a month if I am lucky.
EuroGirlsEscorts - not good at all for me.
LolaEscorts - just not worth listing on there. Lacks traffic and placement.
HolidaySexGuide - rubbish results for me.
Gumtree - waste of time; I placed a discreet advert for visiting massage services (just generic photo of a massage oil bottle and towels) and got cheapskates offering £45 an hour.
Craigslist - waste of time; I used creative wording to get around their rules, and still got my ad suspended.

Others non-escort specific:

What’s Your Price - got a few paid dates from this site. The men there are cheap and deluded it is a dating service. The price is for dinner companionship only in a public place. I never go to the client’s home/hotel.
Seeking Arrangement - got a few clients here. They are cheap and some clients from AW; the men are clingy and text you all day long.
PantyDeal -I listed my worn panties and sent them to buyers in the UK and Europe; managed to sell 2-3 pairs of worn panties/thongs every week priced at £15 each item. Helped me to get rid of old panties I no longer wear.
Sofia Gray -site for selling used panties. Not as busy as PantyDeal for me.
ScentedPansy -good site for selling panties and selling video clips/Kik or Skype shows if you are traveling to the USA. Most clients are in the USA.

Old directories I miss:
Loot London
BackPage
Adult Guide To London

The best advertising if you’re staying in one location long term is SEO, as other people have mentioned. I always ask where my clients find me and they say ‘the internet,’ which is not helpful. I doubt they will be using escort directories as much in another 10 years time, it would be Google search.

where to advertise for massage in london?x
Places to advertise massage in London:

AceMassage
MassageRepublic
FSBM co uk
VivaStreet (Massage section)
Yelp London
MassageMeInLondon
GumTree (Health & Beauty category, under massages)
Massage.Me.UK
Friday-Ad

I had good results with the Kommons 1 month basic membership for £29.99 and AceMassage gold membership for 3 months £100.

If you have a massage only website that does not mention escort services or sexually explicit language, you could also try Google Adwords, bid on 'London massage' and 'London full body massage...London hot oil massage therapist' keywords.

I thought it was me but it is absolutely dead compared to last month, nobody looking at my photos on AW or vids no matter how many new one's I post.  I wonder why those are the worst months??

I had no bookings from AW this week. Not a sausage. It is that bad. In contrast, Kommons directory gave me 6 bookings this week. I don’t know what is happening to AW, a large percentage of the punters outside the UK doesn’t even know this site exists. Many of the international clients flying to London can’t be arsed to trawl through AW site; they just go for whatever they find on first page of google within their price range.  That’s bad news as far as I’m concerned because my advertising costs will go up a lot.

Im seeing a lot of other site names being shown but none of them have the review status like AW.  How can we girls know we will be safe, those who are with these sites can you tell me? and do you pay?

Do you think a man is safe because he's on AW?

I'm not that naive to think that they are, and I certainly wasn't suggesting that.  I was in no way intimating security is guaranteed on AW, I was merely raising a question, whether ladies felt safe on such sites mentioned without reviews of clientele, generally for my own purposes as I was considering using other sites.  Nobody can count themselves as 'safe' whatever site it is, but one would certainly feel somewhat comforted by reviews written on clients positively or negatively and I am sure a large amount of clients would feel the same.  I know I would rather not go to a website that has nothing about the person I am meeting at all and no reviews.

I think you misinterpreted my question!!!

This is a good question about the safety of using non-AW sites.
You can screen them with a quick phone call; listen to their voice, manner, and choice of words. I’m sure you know how to screen. Trust yourself you can do this. Your ear gets trained after a while for anything that sounds strange.
There are some amazing clients without reviews; if they sound respectful and genuine then I book them in. Yes, nothing is 100%. That’s the risk with every site like you say, AW included.

Merged with a more relevant thread, although any one of the many threads on screening would have done for the last few too.

I know I would rather not go to a website that has nothing about the person I am meeting at all and no reviews.

Well given that most of the stuff 'about' anybody on AW is made up and the rest is largely bollocks designed to get positive feedback in return, I don't understand this either but then I was working before it existed and I take bookings by phone even when they do find me on there so I rarely if ever even know if they have an account. I have ads on so many sites (including my own) it necer even crosses my mind.

What you're saying is that you trust flattering comments made by random prossies you don't know and written with a vested interest in getting similar comments back more than your own instincts? If this is really the case then you need to take a hard look at how you're screening - we have many a woeful tale on here about some truly appalling behaviour from some seriously unpleasant people with flawless feedback. If you think something is off when you deal with them then it is, and no amount of 'reviews' makes any difference to that.

I posed a question, I'm getting the feeling I shouldn't have done so?  :FF ??? in relation to the last part of your paragraph, again.....I am not naive and do not rely fully on comments left on AW for obvious reasons.  I asked about other sites to advertise!!!!!!  I  have seen comments left about various guys on AW, one particular guy's reviews said he was gorgeous and when he came was horrible, bad teeth, breath and other odd features about his body I wouldn't care to mention here but disgusting.  Of course I trust my instincts every time..I've taken guys with zero feedback or loads of feedback and speak to every one beforehand and I wholeheartedly trust my instinct.  Unfortunately even without being on AW, I have had reason to, for the reasons you have mentioned and not within the sex work industry.

I don't want to be cynical and negative about everything because that is not me now, I just posed a question.

I've jumped on VivaStreet again and it is crazy. In London, the premium posting option costs £17.99, I upgraded to featured 7 days £99.99, highlight ad 7 days for £29.99 and that is £147.97 for 7 days posting in London. On day 1 my dashboard showed that 40 people viewed my profile but no one called.
On day 2 my dashboard showed 66 views; got 4 bookings, easily paid for the advertising cost.
This advertising site is crazy. One day nothing, the next you are busy.
I also searched my ad and it is literally buried under a pile of other premium featured ads.
London Vivastreet is saturated but it is an expensive advertising site for a reason.

Also, there is a new site called EscortRankings UK. It has lifted many profiles from around the Internet and writing false reviews. The reviews on there look like touts or company webmaster wrote them....so bizaare.

Thanks for the heads up for the site lifting profiles. I have found my details on there. Time to get my details removed from that site.
It is funny as I am a black female they advertised me as Caucasian they are really sloppy with their crap site.

They probably want to become the biggest escort reviews site in the UK. Some of the reviews are shocking, one said "i was doing her bareback she is amazing."
