Hello ladies, thinking of getting a double room in a shared house for incalls but the landlord lives in the house and I don’t want him to find out what I do. Would you take the risk and still do incalls?

I think it would be obvious less you saw one or two a week. Or maybe saw a couple while he was at work.

Some resident landlords don’t even tolerate friends visiting, let alone clients. I tried working from a house with communal bathroom before- too risky. You may be very discreet but can’t count on the clients to be the same. The only way I see this working is if you have some trusted regulars who Won’t make a loud noise and flexible enough to see you when the landlord is away.

I believe sharing an apartment with a male stranger flatmate is already a terrible idea let alone using it as work place... I still remember maaany years ago I was about to move in in a guys apartment spare room (I found on craigslist). He seemed a really cool guy, then right before I moved he in sent me this text; "I can't wait for you to move in so I can spank your ass while you wash the dishes". Needles to say I never moved in. Unless he's your best friend (and gay) or your boyfriend I would recommend not to move in with a guy flatmate. If you're a young attractive woman he's going to go territorial on you  and it's going to be stressful, let alone bringing other guys!

I think it is better to prevent and try to find a place,
even if it is just a studio and so you are not afraid that the landlord will realize the work you do .....
you can always work with a regular and discreet client.
But I would recommend that better tries to work in a place that nobody controls the visits of the clients,
I know it's difficult, either for rent money or to find a discreet place.
Good luck x

I rather get burried alive then having landlord in my property. Strictly Outcalls only or day rooms.
