Why is it that when you've made plans and you're busy with your personal life you get booking requests?  Yet when you've set time aside, spent time on new listings and promotion, there's a definate lack of response?

I'm thinking of joining an agency again.  I worked with a good one when I first started out and although there was commission to pay it seemed like a lot less effort because they found me the work and I just "turned up and did my thing".

Are all agencies always recruiting or do they limit the number of girls they take on?

Is there a regional variation on how agencies work or do they all do pretty much the same deals?

Hi MsAquaYork, im in a different part of the country to you, but i chose my agency because they had been in business for 25 years. I liked that because firstly they will have a good reputation and client base and secondly they will have made and rectifyed 'rookie mistakes' many years ago and so everything should run smoothly now, and so far it does.
