Thinking of finding an agency
« on: 21 May 2009, 02:05:19 pm »
Why is it that when you've made plans and you're busy with your personal life you get booking requests?  Yet when you've set time aside, spent time on new listings and promotion, there's a definate lack of response?

I'm thinking of joining an agency again.  I worked with a good one when I first started out and although there was commission to pay it seemed like a lot less effort because they found me the work and I just "turned up and did my thing".

Are all agencies always recruiting or do they limit the number of girls they take on?

Is there a regional variation on how agencies work or do they all do pretty much the same deals?

Hi, i work for an agency and everytime i check their site it seems they have hird new girls so you shouldn't have any problems. I like working for an agency because its like you said, they sort out everything for you and you just concentrate on making the client happy and don't have to worry about answering loads of phone calls or dealing with time wasters. Good luck ;0

Is that not irritating or what!? I guess its just the theory of the watched pot waiting to boil.

I'm glad someone share's my thought's on agency work MissCleo.  I know there's some awful one's out there - I've heard some real horror stories of how girls I know have been treated by unfair agencies, but the good one's feel more like they're working FOR you to find you work rather than making unfair demands.

The problem I'm finding is that, as I relocated last year, I don't know what the local agency's reputations are like.

I spoke to an agency yesterday who sound great.  Any one heared anything about 24Heaven-Escorts in York?  They sound like their system works as I would like it to .

Hi MsAquaYork, im in a different part of the country to you, but i chose my agency because they had been in business for 25 years. I liked that because firstly they will have a good reputation and client base and secondly they will have made and rectifyed 'rookie mistakes' many years ago and so everything should run smoothly now, and so far it does. Good luck with your new agency :)

We are looking for ladies.  I know we are bias but we are friendly and genuine no silly joining fees or anything and a low comission of 25%
