Same here but in reverse I ask them to ring and they choose to text.
I've stopped putting my general location now as they don't seem to read it anyway. I just put Central London.
Cause they're gonna ask the same old questions regardless.

They can even quote the area I am in and still ask where I'm located.  durrrrr

They rarely follow booking instructions because they can't be bothered to read and just scroll down to the number.

I make them jump through a whole load of hoops, which weeds out the idiots.

I accept bookings by text and phone but the same problems occur with both of them. The idiot texts are easier to delete and block but I often hang up before they get the first sentence out!
