I’m in central London experiencing the same ladies. I wonder what the heck is going on… Traditionally October is when business starts banging after the July-Aug-sep holiday season. My phone is usually on fire at this time of the year but I was busier in August WTF 🤬

It's everywhere dead. I toured more than 17 days in a few very different areas. With my regulars, I touch my weekly target but it a so dead, up and down...
Makes me sick.  On Sunday I was with 0 bookings, paying for an expensive hotel. Yesterday only 2 bookings. Today dead, no calls, nothing. I will leave next Monday and, hopefully, be better over the weekend. I will return after 20th November but with no so much hope. I will start to think seriously if it is worth doing this
I think this is part of the problem. Clients assume we are always busy and that the economic climate isn't affecting us for some reason.
They don't seem to realise that in a lot of cases it's very much a use it or lose it situation.

There’s plenty of articles in reputed finance magazines such as Forbes etc… that explain the 2023 recession. They state it’s due to start towards the end of the year (now?) and will last most of 2024. Apparently the UK is the country in the G7 that will be most affected by the recession. This new recession won’t be as bad as the crash of 2008, but more a normal consequence of covid/pandemic/Ukraine war/brexit.

I know so many seem to think you booked up for rest of day. I think a lot of women do like to tell clients they are busy a lot of the time so they look popular and that also gives clients the impression not much affects us with what is happening in the world. I think since the cost of living a lot more clients book less. I have had a fair few say they used to do it once a month now do it every 2 to 3 months.

I am central London based, have been for the last 5 years, I am always busy, always exceeding my targets each week with a mix of regulars and new clients. Since last September I have noticed things have become quiet (still making my targets though), this last 3 weeks have been totally dead, I am literally sitting at home with my phone not ringing (not even from TW).

Very similar for me. Definitely seeing a massive drop since last year. Thankfully I have a few regulars and I'm in a fairly high-profile area, but the odd request is now definitely the bottom-of-the-barrel type asking for ridiculous discounts (which I don't do).

Also, it seems there was (at least in my area) a massive influx of young Brazilians undercutting prices. Doesn't help either.

But yes, overall, doing now maybe 20% of the old "normal" from 2 years ago.

Is anyone still busy? I’m coming back after time off and worried it seems quiet for so many compared to normal

my phone is far slower than usual the past 3 weeks even the timewasters have chilled out but I’m hitting targets every week for now. I’m keeping my fingers crossed there’s a pattern where it seems to be dead in the morning from 8-12 then gets really busy then completely dead apart from tw texts after 8 again. Good luck everyone I really hope you all get booked up x
Not today satan

It seems like there is more bad months than good months then ever before. Some of it though i am being restricted to where i can travel as some areas have more punters in than other areas. So that makes it worse. I can only do this part time now due to studying and other commitments so limited in choosing areas.

I don't set any targets anymore in this business, i only use it to survive until i get to my goal of full time new career.

Would have to agree with this I toured for 14 days different area every 3 days and none were really good. Ok-ish solihull and Guildford but apart from that dead dead dead.

I don't blame you, I believe the sex industry (specially escorting) has turned into something that needs to be done as a side gig, it's something that is turning unsustainable as a full time occupation, the good times are over and there's many reasons to blame, from recessions, to Tinder, men paying cam girls or OF ladies over IRL encounters etc... I may be wrong but that's my overall impression.

It's definitely side gig territory now, plus lots of men under the age of say 25 or so, seem to be increasingly sexless little drones.
