Absolutely dead one booking in over 2 weeks. There are even less TWs than normal except for one time I put AT up and had zillions of them.

I’m tinkering with my rates with a lower basic rate and some extras they can pay for, see if that makes a difference.

Edit. Completely forgot about another booking I had Sunday. It was so memorable lol. But still 2 in 2 weeks is shit

Just as it seemed to be improving it's grinding to a halt again.  :(
Nothing on Sunday, a 15 min yesterday and a 30 min today.
More timewasters again last cple of days, just when you think you must have blocked most of them by now more appear!

It's very scary. Can't say I'm not stressing cause I am. Thinking I may need a normal pt job over winter

I've been quiet but have exceeded my minimum already in 3 days (I'm part time and low volume). Hopefully a good few more days as it's half term soon so won't work for 3.5 days.

I'm still busy which is good because you never know when it will slow down, I've made my targets and turned plenty of work away, Have had timewasters as usual but seems OK for now but still hangs over my head that at something I think it will slow or maybe just thinking that because of the doom and gloom news. But not bothering to try and tour because I'm doing good where I am. And dropping my rates a bit is definitely helping to make sure I get my max bookings and interest for future bookings but not offering anything more or owo but I have always updated my gallery weekly to keep interest peaked and it really works to do that.

Went to Oxford for 3 days not one job. Went to wales wasn’t as bad but no one seems to be booking hours it’s all half hours which has doubled my work load. I’m not happy at all at the moment. I’m finding it exhausting hundreds of time wasters and I think I will start working from home and not having these hotel costs

Nothing Thursday, nothing Friday. 2 half hours yesterday and a guy who no showed me for an hour whom I'd previously seen April 21. I'd not worked the rest of the week as ill. Dreadful.

Yes the last cple of weeks have been pretty slow, more timeswasters. One clown who cancelled last min and a no show this week when in the past I could go months without either of those things happening.
A few regs still having an hour booking but I've noticed the visits are not as regular as in better financial times.
An increase in 30 and 15 min bookings too but to be honest I'm ok with that as like Amy, I'm not a fan of longer bookings and a few shorter bookings is better than no bookings at all.
I think we may be in for a slow, tough winter  :(

I'm definitely not the authority on school holidays, but I think it's half term this next week?

It doesn't affect me that much just because there are so many people in Central London even if three quarters of them bog off on holidays there are still loads left, but it might slow things down a bit for others through no fault of their own and I wouldn't be forking out for expensive hotels and travel unless I was pretty sure of it paying off.

Oxford used to be good a few years ago but i do remember having 1 bad tour there. Nobody in 3 days is so bad and hotels expensive there.

Half the schools were off last week and the other half it will be this week. It was really busy first week in October and then it's just been dead since then. I'm in NW. I had a busy September despite being away for a few days. October is usually pretty quiet anyway for me at least. Fingers crossed it will pick up soon.

I stopped going to Oxford a couple of years ago as the business dropped off (which I have heard from others too). I don't like Cambridge either. Hotels too expensive and not a good enough return on your outlay.

I like half hours as they're in and out but tbh I don't care how long clients book for as long as they book.

I went to South Manchester for a couple of days and it was disappointing. I'd been busy before that so it was just to test the waters. I won't be going again.

Good afternoon ladyes..
I talk to a lot of my girlfriends in Scotland. Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh... Everyone complains that they don't get clients. What we have here ? What is happening in UK?

Only had a 15min booking on Sunday , yesterday nothing, today the same… only had a sad tw texting me around lunch time. I even started looking at amazon jobs, I feel too stressed out waiting every day , wth is going on?

Yep it has been consistently slow for me for some time. Thought it was purely down to the fact I can’t offer full service and possibly my area but maybe not. A few a week at best, despite really putting myself out there and trying a few changes with profile wording and how I offer things.
