Understanding your client-base is key, something you realise. I for one have never seen the point of reducing prices because once clients and would-be clients spot this, they might start haggling for further reductions.
It's still a really erratic climate, I hope things pick up for you and have no doubt it will. We're coming out of a two-year pandemic and it's not a question of returning to normal, because the old normal no longer exists. While it is terrible for planning, all anyone can do is sit tight and take each day as it comes.
