Dead dead dead in southwest even the motorways were dead on the way home. Everyone is having bbq’s and doing back to school. This is the first bad week I’ve had since we went back after lock downs ended.

The sunny weather and schools reopening has made this week so far really quiet for enquiries and bookings for me... anyone else seen this too?

I've been super duper busy till a couple of days ago when the sun came out, my phones have died a few days ago. I was wondering what's going on.  I'm in central London.

conversely, I'm in London, and I've made about half my money for the month in a week. There are a few in person conferences on and the Americans are definitely back in town (I don't think American clients use AW and would recommend setting up a free profile on Tryst if you don't have one)

Between Brexit and Covid, I will posit that the recession has already started, and if not, the current climate is a very much a taster of what the recession will bring.

I couldn't be arsed to do much earlier in fhe week when it was hot (which is bloody stupid when I have aircon, but it also seems to bring out the numpties), but I made my target easily enough and steady is fine for me.

Enquiries are equally steady, but there's definitely an increase in the stupid ones - didn't the schools go back in many places this week?
