worked almost everyday this week. Not bad! today was quite slow. just worked 1hr! hpwever on cam was good maybe the weather.
Tomorrow a short one in schedule. hope going well on the weekend too! feel overall slow btw! really hope that the weather going to change soon! just depressing lol :-[

Wasnt too bad this week but just got a cancellation of a £300 booking planned well
In advance. Punter decides he’s suddenly that he’s  ill but somehow was still fine yesterday. Now need to catch randomers at short notice. Fucking maddening. What are your strategies with dealing with let downs?

Exactly, or wanting to see at times you’re already booked. Then cancellation comes, you got back to them and suddenly disappear or busy.

Hi Rose, Let downs, cancellations, work called me back, dog ate my homework etc....I ignore&block and I never contact or chase them. I have a reserve list if several pepes want to book that day.

I have a 'one strike and your out rule.'

Well, considering how few people actually contact during the day, not sure if I can afford fucking them off the first time around (unless it’s a no show). I tend to have a two times rule.

....I had the 2 strikes before,  yes it's hard when the volume isn't there, I'd rather not work at all that day and have a gander in the sun than be the spare slipper who's cancellable. Over time I realised they kept doing it. I burn their ships now.

i do have one rule. you cancelled once then to book again you will pay a deposit. For 300 booking quite high deposit.
hate it specially same day cancellation. 24hr before too i do not tolerate. the depend how and who cancel. but always a deposit if cancellation.
