Yeah, I never noticed how slow AW actually was since putting ads everywhere possible. Even the last few weeks when my phone and emails have been going mad, less than 50% of enquiries have come from AW - I have been asking everyone where they found me, some surprising results actually :-P

Get out there ladies, and you don't have to pay for them all either. Some of the free ones have been directing enquiries to me too, and there's ALOT of free sites if you do a banner exchange on your website (even just make a really quick wordpress for the sake of getting banner swaps!)

When I was looking for other sites to advertise on I would look up popular escorts and then do a search for them and see what sites they were on.

ETA I kept one phone for AW and another for the other sites.

I am on several directories and it is always a banner or link exchange, I don't pay for any of them.  I used to have 3 phones on the go (personal one and two for different links including AW) but it was a pain having three so stopped that after a while. New callers now are always asked where they found my number and the answers can be amusing as some seem to pluck a site out of the air in the hope I say ok.

I have got used to the fluctuation of work now. Some weeks I have made my target by Wednesday and any more is a bonus but other weeks hardly anything by Thursday then a few bookings to get me back on track. It never used to be like that but now it is normal.

There is also a full thread pinned to the top regarding where to advertise, so there definitely isn't a shortage of sites.

I've had no bookings at all this week.
Paid for available today on AW. Had 30 emails. Still no actual work. 

I am low volume partly due to health, struggling to get enough bookings however.  I’ve found AT (I did a thread about it a little while ago as a matter of fact) rarely gets me bookings, today by some miracle it got me.....one.

I’m late with rent now and absolutely terrified    one of those days I just want to curl up and cry.

The downturn will soon pass in a matter of six months past no deal so I don't see any need to totally panic although it is disquieting.

Quite optimistic thinking if no-deal happens it will be back to normal in 6 months Let's just hope it doesn't get that far.
