I'm in the same area and finding this December the slowest one of my life. Now the pound dip. Consumerism in the high street in the UK has been at it's lowest this black friday/November and the high street is preparing themselves for the slowest christmas. I've been in the sex industry for almost 20 years and I'm experiencing the slowest december of my life. This is not normal at all.

Agreeing 100% Ana , i started thinking its something wrong with me or My profile, its the worst december so far since i started in 2014! Decembers usually been busy with incalls and outcalls. Still staying positive ( trying lol ) and hoping for the best next 2 weeks....I am not celebrating Christmas so might gonna work during holiday week too x

It's worrying low across the board by the looks of things. But as I've always seen before things can change at a flip of the switch.
What concerns me the most is the deafening silence of a lot of my regs. I was begining to feel like I had suddenly become so repulsive that they had all run a mile!
Sadly the media has such a powerful impact on people's spending habits and we are currently in the throes of so much fear mongering it's enough to make anyone's balls shrivel up inside them.
I never save (not great I know) but I have been holding onto every penny ATM as I'm slowing down to the point of zero calls from non stop can't get rid of them scenario.

I made my tour target last week (just!) but I am working from home this week and it's been good so far (probably because I'm rarely available here).

I never tour this week as it's been dead for me the last two years so I was prepared for it this year.

I've just started back working after a few years off...and don't think I could have picked a worse time tbh :(
Have had nothing but TWs yesterday, not one actual booking showed up, so now I'm down about £250 for these couple days, unless a miracle happens today I'm gonna be beyond pissed off lol.

It’s a sad state of affairs when I realise I would earn £££ working in a minimum paid full time job than I do escorting. I really hope things go back to how they were when I made good money.

I’ve had the year from hell with so many chronic injuries and illness, barely able to work and have made massive losses.

As I can only work in a limited capacity I tend to notice the timewasters more, and boy have they increased.  In this area last week ALL timewasters, then this week 2 cancellations since yesterday citing ‘work reasons’, Christ do not book me unless you KNOW you are free, drives me crazy.

Finally one booking today, jeez.

Glad you got a booking!  I’ve not even had a phone call, I don’t think that’s ever happened before  :-[

This is really interesting and makes me feel better TBH as I know it's not just me. My last few weeks have been terrible too, worse than usual. I've only had three bookings, and one of those was a regular very late last night and way past my normal hours as I just needed the money so badly, one a guy I've seen two years ago and one new client. Only 2 hours in total and all on days and at times I don't usually ever get anyone asking for.

My trusted regular let me down for a really decent amount of cash which would've helped me a lot and we fell out but I did receive an apology but it doesn't change the fact that the money I was relying on will not be coming this month now. So now I need to just take whatever is going and stop asking for deposits in case it puts off a genuine customers and just grin and bear it if I get no shows.

Not much comfort, I know, but I think it's wise to never rely on any client or small group of clients, no matter how regular they are. I don't think about the cash until it's in my hand. You just never know when a client may drop off the face of the Earth.

It has been a joke recently... i mean this whole year to be honest, but nov and dec wa meant to be good, i am on a tour now (in a place i made bank last time just a month ago) and this time nothing, second day here had 1 booking from a regular yesterday, and today not even 1 phone call... now this is promising :(
i was lucky old regular booked me on monday for a few h!
i really dont understand why is this, HOWEVER it is not like that for everyone a friend of my (we work together often) always has 100s calls every day and heaps and heaps of clients no matter what and earning such money it is crazy, she also turns around 50% of the clients away and can be picky with them, why is she brexit/reccesion/ what ever else- proof with clients ?  and i am not ?
this question always kills me, especially when we work together she would make a good 1k (or more in a day) whilst i scramble one half h c or so, s frustrating... :(

There has been a significant drop in business for me too, and usually I'd be nicely booked up in advance. But I do remember this time last year, I am sure I actually made a loss during December or had to arrange with clients I generally wouldn't have met.

It hasn't really come as much of a surprise, this hefty lull, but I do wish I had more savings to carry me through the next few months.

Maybe I'll learn for next year?
