My phone hasn't rung today. Not even a text from the occasional time wasters I get which sometimes keeps me entertained when bored lol

Great day yesterday which I needed. Mainly new clients.
Today nothing special. Lots of enquiries from people about next week and non commital calls.

Looks like this weekend I will have to really graft and stop being so picky!

This morning was awful. Had 4 bookings in diary, only one turned up.

(I work earlies so mornings are usually my busy time.)

Went for a deeply unsatisfying lunch, came back and have been back to back since. Finishing on 6 for the day.

I feel your pain!!! I’ve had this on a few quiet days. A regular I haven’t seen in a while but keeps enquiring when I’m free next week etc and the odd one asking if I do outcalls to such and such a hotel when I don’t do bloody outcalls at all!

Today I’ve got a regular due but already had some guy trying to reschedule his booking and he has now done this a few times so I’ve just not bothered replying.
Hoping today is a good day for everybody though

I'm at the end of my tether here in Sheffield.  I'm fairly new to the area so it's not like I've rinsed the place. I've uploaded new photos, increased my advertising as much as possible and I'm feeling resentful about being stuck in the house waiting for bookings.  It's payday weekend and I've had no bookings since Thursday.  It's so quiet and it's really frustrating because I want to get stuck in.  I hope it's picked up for other ladies that have been quiet recently.

There is a sporting event too close to me today.
I tell people where I am they say ohoh no I wont get parked near there.

I’m the same, Lola. I was busy last week and was getting constant phone calls and now my phone is barely ringing and I’ve only got one booking tomorrow who will probably end up cancelling as he seems ultra nervous

Yep.
It's been absolutely dead here in East Mids too.
I usually get 3 bookings a day with the option of more if I stay on late.
But had loads of cancellations..
LOADS  of time wasters.

No other profession in the UK requires this much disrespect and haggling. Everything else rises and inflates.

To be fair the start of my September was quiet then last 2 weeks busy. Who knows might be the same this month. I've also had lots of inquiries for next week. Plus my reg who books an hour every week will be back from a 6 week vacation next week! Hurrah!! I've paid all my bills I was just hoping to make a little pocket money this week to finally spend on myself rather than bills, food or my cat!!

Had a brilliant tour in Liverpool last week. Took  few days off. Dont work in my home town as its not as lucrative for me anymore but had nothing on Monday so made myself available thinking it wont be busy. Had 1hr x2 and a 2hr late evening.. if only every day was like that i would be a very happy woman.
