This month I had more bookings than in any other month in my whole sex work career.
If only I was still on my escorting rate... But if I was on a massage therapist's rate or on a minimum wage, things would look very different, so I'm counting my blessings.
I spent ridiculous money on advertising, but it's a learning curve.
Some of my adverts were not that successful, so for example after deducting cost of one advert from 1 booking it got me, my hourly rate for this booking was £40. Still, I wouldn't have made this money at all if not for this advert. And maybe this client will bring repeated business.
After paying my rent, buying some work essentials I'm back to square one and wondering what shall I start saving for first - an important bill, an urgent bill or a massive important bill
In this passing month I improved in terms of asking for money at the beginning of the booking. I still struggle with counting the money. I got underpaid today, again.
I had some scary moments, idiots and numpties.
One session really stands out - a new client, who had an operation and erection problems afterwards. He left happy and more confident It was nice.

I've had a fair few twat texts today especially one who cancelled last min yest asking for tonight then when I didn't answer straight away got the Text to follow.

When I count the money I usually say " I'm only checking it because sometimes it's over and sometimes I get a tip and don't realise or thank the person, plus if it's over or short we can both see "

If you go in another room and say it's short it could look like you're trying to pull a fast one .

I also blame the new slippy bugger ten pound notes and laugh because they get stuck together , it's an icebreaker and takes the emphasis off a it if you feel awkward

Exactly, I counted the money when the client went to take a shower, it was £20 less, for the reason you mentioned I thought I'll just leave it as it is.
