For years on and off there is always excuses why periods go quiet but the truth is this industry is very up and down and lets be honest most clients that see us are not rich but normal working men who do not always have lots of disposable income and there is so many sex workers out there to choose at all different prices.

There is no pattern to why it is quiet or busy but if you look good and are new in an area you will usually be busy to start with then it tails off even if you build up some regulars.

It is up and down and dependent on a whole host of factors as EG says.

You just have to market yourself as well as you can for the area you are in.  I've had a busy week last week and this week but equally, have had failed tours in the last few months.

Its been unusually quiet for all the Ladies I know. Not even the Wankers are calling. What going on?! lol

 The last two weeks have been dead for me. I mean I?m low-volume for health reasons but this is way too low volume for me

I only had one pre booked in for today at 12pm, a regular who is super dependable.

Managed to do a half hour before him though with a man I see a couple of times a year. Seems like the guys are giving themselves a seasonal treat as I got another hour then a 45 mins after my 12pm. Three were all short notice and I made the effort despite being happy if I only had my 12pm.  This has worn me out mentally, years ago it would not have done that.

Also got a couple of gifts, a bottle of wine and an extra tenner. My clients are not prone to dishing out the diamonds but every little offering is most welcome.

Done 4.5 hrs this week and I have a 3 hour booking today. Never done a 3 hour before!  Wish me luck!

Brexit , school holidays , weather. Xmas , new year, Easter  ,  to be honest I don't think any of these things make a massive difference .  This industry has always been a bit like that

Ive have been doing this since 1999 , the only time I find it mega mega dead is mid January otherwise as long as I put my head down and work it's generally pretty much ok


There is multiple reasons as to why a SW  might be quiet  prices , services, photos , area & location direct competition , limited hours ,  only doing outcalls. Not advertising enough not being able to suss out TW  and also having a decent amount of money behind you to fall back on when it goes quiet or you have an unexpected bill of some sort .

 You just have to work out what works best for you and work with it

Actually the one thing that will fuck up my Xmas tours will be heavy snow but that's about it

Yep you have hit the nail on the head. There has always been dead periods for years and years but also where some women will be dead some will be busy and visa versa.
