No I don't detail services over the phone and like you refer them back to my profile. Anyone serious will check what you do and don't do before they call - and if not then it only takes a minute to look then call back!

Yes I did ask that and usually will, he did not want to simply tell me. Just persistently said do I do it all, which I said check profile, just wanted me to go thru my full list of services which I won't do.
