I've had more than the usual tosspots this week. They're all coming out the woodwork for sure.

The busiest day I've had this week was Wednesday, which was fab but it has been slow the rest of the week, not terrible, but slow.

I have a 2 hour booking with a reg tomorrow morning so I'm delighted about that plus I'm hoping it's generally just busier.

Roll on March.

I wonder why this is?. Usually the weekend brings them out more, welcome to 2017 with an increase of them.

I think maybe because they are changing the cigarettes to brown packaging and the cigs taste different too. That could play a part. It was announced about the Bretix being published could this be a reason?.

In Belfast it is known to be many time wasters arghh, those times I love it getting sain clients. From now on I will cut them off quickly the idiots.

Which periods are slow? I only started at the beginning of December but while enquires have gone up considerably, bookings are rare. This week had only have two booking.

Signed up with an agency going to start with them next weekend.

There's no rhyme nor reason. I've got friends all over the country in different places and I can be busy, they're slow and vice versa.

I have noticed it is significantly quieter this month than any other but I attribute that to February just being the last month of winter. I don't function so well in winter and like AA, I feel like hibernating and am slow and lethargic.

Add to that the credit card hangover from Christmas and you're bound to get a slower month.

Still, I've made in a week what it used to take me 3 weeks in a well paid civvy job to earn and that always helps me keep things in perspective.

Yes I'm trying to keep it in perspective , but I'm not even waking up to my half a dozen twat email , no texts from regs nothing ,but yes I've still done ok says me sitting in bathrobe and slippers usually ready by now .

Ah thank MM yes that's how I'm trying to think but it seems so weird as even if everyone's struggling financially , I'm not even getting daft texts / mails or anything , except my freaky call that scared the shit out of me lmao ( for about 5 mins) ! My collection of PJ pants and slippers is just scary. Last time I went to Primark I was like "nope, got already this, got already that" I'm either walking around in my lingerie or in my Grumpy Cat robe.

Ha ha I love my collection of 'borrowed ' bathrobes and slippers , hilton, Marriot and a variety of emblemed slippers ,the hotel girls have given me a few when I've tipped.
I always do on arrival once I've asked if they're on that landing all week , I've had some lovely girls and nibbles / bottles of water etc ,to take away in the car without even asking for them .
However my towel collection is rather large , I just find it irresistible lol

Ohhhhh I'm relieved. I was worried i was the only one suffering from the towel syndrome:) apart from being shopaholic I'm also towelholic. Some hotels have those nice smelling shower gels (normal sized bottles) and I got some from the maids. I call it "fair trade" when the maid gets tipped and I get my supplies.

Ha ha ha even my bookings if they take me away do a little collection for me ( that's hysterical) when I hear a shout from the bathroom " it's ok I've cleaned up in here for you " ..."shall I put it in your suitcase...oh and I'm a summing slippers as well" I say "yep" and laugh.

I have two wicker baskets filled with potions and lotions, shampoos etc for the shower.
But as I live alone I also am partial to the condiments, I have tons of different mustards etc..oh I'm laughing to myself like a nutter !

Oh and a great bread board , night time cheese and biscuits !
Anyway on topic, just got a booking and then someone else wanted same time and neither can swap , mind you think I can only handle one now , just had a comfort eating session!!!!

Nothing this week. Of course I shouldn't complain as I had my monthly bloody visitor, but I'd have expected something for the w/e. Normally I am a very happy bunny with 3-4 hourly bookings per week, as this is very part-time, but nothing?? Nil, zero, naught?!
