Soooo many time wasters today. I thought it was pay day because of bank holiday - does anybody know when most people get paid? I've already got a few bookings booked for tomorrow which is good, but even my regulars are letting me down today and just not showing. Urghhhh!

Most people get paid on the Friday I would say but also alot of people will be going away or certainly going out over the bank holiday weekend.

After a dead day my phone starts ringing from 7pm. Only did 1 booking the worse in a long time but was very tired so not as bad.

Had a few general enquiries this morning then nothing until this afternoon where a guy rang wanting a very short notice booking.Explained where I was and he told me where he was walking from started getting ready and he suddenly cancelled saying that I was too far away (10 min walk if that) but I could come to his hotel if I wanted...told to go waste someone elses time.Phone quiet since.Last week of the hols though!
