Does anyone know when it will pick up? I'm trying to save for a holiday and starting to panick cause I'm going in 4 weeks! Phone hasn't rang once even with special ?100 offer!!

Glasgow was dire I came home early. I got maybe one phone call an hour. Last time I see was here I got about 10 calls an hour and about 20 emails a day. Bloody sun!

Dead. And sod's law the only times the phone has gone generally this week have been either during my only booking or when I've not been available due to the landlady popping in and out like a yo yo all week first to do housekeeping then to sort out a new washing machine.

In some ways not minded, felt under the weather and can't sleep. In others well I've already had 2 months no income due to injury so need the dosh.

Yeah I do ..but I make it known it's special rates for a couple of days or lunch hours
-Just to cover costs.

It's absolutely dead in Manchester,my phone hasn't rang once since Sunday and I've only had a couple of emails on aw. I know it's usually quiet this time of year but to have nothing for days is new to me,makes me wonder if I'm losing my touch! Haha. I'm meant to be in Liverpool for a few days at the end if the week but I'm debating on whether it's worth the risk. Can't really afford to shell out on hotels and travel if it's going to be dead. Roll on September when everything should be back to normal!! X

Same here up north. August has been my worst month by far this year. I thought May and June were bad but nothing compared to this. I don't usually have many timewasters either, but I've lost count how many people have messed me about this month. And now I have one guy harrassing me determined to see me. Thank God he doesn't know where I live

Times like these I count down the days to when I can do something else.

Yup! Manchester was really busy for me last week and I just got back from Glasgow and nothing. Going to take the rest of the day off and up the advertising I think. Considering doing an offer too.

Beginning of August was slow, last week was busy and this week is completely dead in Birmingham. So I took this afternoon off to visit a friend sit in her beautiful garden and drink rum and coke in the sun. Bliss! Should pick up again soon when the regulars get their schedules back to normal.

So finally another call. My gut tho he won't confirm/show. He babbled on about being new to it and (yawn) tried to tell me a potted life history. He also asked if I did half hours when he'd initially asked for an hour.......didn't ask anything about location.
