Since mid July it's been a horror show for me in central London. I'm having a more quiet than the usual August.

 ???
Mornings were made for sleeping, wild sex and bacon.

Second quiet week for me but its Birmingham factory shut down the last week of July and the first week in August so hopefully will go back to normal next week.

It's shutdown here too, and I've had a few over who've got a couple of weeks spare :).

The people who've gone off on holidays have been replaced by holidaymakers that can't/won't listen to directions or look at the map on my site, so I've all but given up trying to take short notice bookings unless they've either been before or are within five minutes walk as they just keep wandering off.

I find school holiday times are as busy as any other days. I read so often that the summer breaks mean less work but it has never been the case with me.
I see a mix of ages but on thinking about it many of my regular clients are past the stage of their offspring being at school or they have no children at all.

Not even one call as yet (unless you count the missed call at 4.51 this morning!). This is very worrying and I'm on tour! Yesterday was quiet but picked up from 5ish - maybe today will be the same?

So far this summer I've been quiet but ticking along. If I remain motivated I can get a couple of bookings a day.

At home it's mostly been good - 2 to 4 a day and been finishing by 5pm at the latest. The other day I had done 4 by 2pm so that was me done for the day! Never had it as quiet as this on tour in this particular location  ???  Makes me feel like I should've stayed at home although of course there's nothing to guarantee it would've been any busier but at least I wouldn't have forked out for hotel and travel though  :(

I don't have the patience to sit around just in case someone calls all my regulars are usually here before midday so I've turned my phone off, I'm going out tonight so I'm here looking lovely in my fluffy leopard print PJ's a face and hair smeared with mayonnaise rocking a jaunty shower cap atop of my mayo slathered hair.
My lovely 1 hour regular is booked in for first thing Monday morning he's always a good start to the week and I'm hopeful normal business will be resumed then.
