Early last week was dire so I thought sod it I will increase the price so that the bookings I do get will be worth more... the phone went nuts and I had my highest ever earning week almost completely from new clients, I'll never understand how this damn business works! If I'd lowered the price it might have had the opposite effect where I got lost among the crowd of everyone charging the same price, I'm sticking to where I am.

I've thought of that but how do you change the price on all the sites, or do you just do it on adultwork?

I don't use AW myself but I just change the price on my site first as that is where most of my bookings come from and I keep a list of every place I put an advert and go around changing them accordingly, it is time consuming but worth it as then there is no confusion. Come to think of it, it would probably be easier if I did use AW only as then I would only need to change one website, hooray finally I have a positive reason to possibly reinstate my profile, sorry Katrina I just hate that site and was having a little fun.

TLDR: Yes I change the price on my personal site and every other site I have an advert, takes time but it's worth it.

I was just curious as I don't manage my own website someone else does it for me, I suppose its only a matter of texting my web guy and he does changes straight away. I do my adultwork and all other ads myself so not overly complicated really and I've noticed that most of my work comes from the purple site now anyway so an option could be to just try a price increase on there see how it goes

I noticed that when I started off charging a lot less, I had more boundary pushers in hindsight. Amy was asking why I was getting so many TWs and idiots suggesting me to review my profile etc. I was told by someone before that charging a lower price won't necessarily get you "poor quality" punters. I had a string of these (indiscreet, punters asking some weird questions ("why do you escorting?" etc) when my price was a lot cheaper. I reckon that punters see cheap escorts as being "naive", having a lack of confidence instead of good business sense and they can mow you down like a***.

Agreed on the prices. We are luxury items, like fancy cars and jewellery. If we cost less, we wouldn't have the same status points, lol.

I recently increased my rates and have been busier than I've ever been, it's been great!

However I have only got one booking now planned for the next fortnight and it's making me panic a little. I've thankfully made enough recently to get me through a few quiet weeks but I'm upping my advertising regardless.

Bank holiday weekend, especially Monday was really busy! I usually find bank holidays a bit hit or miss! This one was definitely a hit! Fully booked all day with a reserve list!

I had 3 bookings today and I've got 3 booked in for fri and 1 for sat. All regulars. Thank god as last week I literally didn't get one booking and it was causing me a huge amount of stress and worry. Hope its picking up for everyone else too. Xxx

Today wasn't exactly dead but I had to work extremely hard to make ?400. The past few days have been so annoying- every f%@king call seems to be a timewaster or someone wanting services I don't offer like OWO, CIM, anal and some guy expecting me to supply poppers despite the fact that I don't offer anal play or take drugs and clearly state so on my profile. Seriously doing my head in. Where are all the nice, undemanding punters who can at least be bothered to read my profile?!

As long as I have made my target or near enough by the end of the week/month I am contented. If one day is dead it no longer worries me at all. For some strange reason I find a Thursday can be my busiest day, no idea why.
