Great start to the week and Feb then the last half was extremely lack lustre, starting to recover a bit tonight but nowhere near busy enough for my liking. I expected it though after an amazing January.

Honestly, Adultwork used to provide me ?200-?500 a day, I earnt nothing for 3 days. My overdraft is creeping up.
My theory is there's thousands upon thousands of escorts, and not enough traffic going through the site. They don't advertise!! Every guy I've met says they were told by a mate about the site or they saw a random link to it, it never appears on the first page of Google. They should invest the millions they make out of us girls on some decent bloody advertising!!

Adultwork don't need to advertise, they are making enough each day without the expenditure. If the company is growing it is the individuals that need to advertise outwith Adultwork, AFAIK Adultwork doesn't have anything to do the Google for some reason.

No good having all your eggs in one basket. AW has been known to go down for days leaving the one basket girls stranded and skint and unable to work because they haven't had the common sense to get themselves on to other directories. AW is just an advertising site, no more.

That is a good point and I agree that escorts need to advertise independently too

However if you're paying to be on Adultwork and to use their advertising platform (which for most of us is ?6 Available Today, and ?1.20 displaying phone number at a minimum) - that on it's own is ?50 a week. For that ?50 I think that most of us expect some advertising effort to be made on our behalf.... even if we do decide to go the independent route too.
